The location was convenient and absolutely perfect for walking around the Chemung Valley History Museum. We found it in a downtown area near First Arena. The on-site restaurant was a great amenity. We could see the river right outside the window.

Charlene, Melissa gave us an excellent aervice. I liked the list of restaurants they have near the hotel vicinity. They also suggested the best restaurants on the lists whicht family enjoyed dining. Our rooms were ao clean and we had a choice to change our linens daily if we want which is great. We never had this experience in other holiday inn hotels we stayed. Excellent job from the staff and we will book again on December for Miami trip.

The service was good with parking outside. I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and requests were handled quickly.

Bed was not like a cloud-- actually a little hard - would have liked more padding, though do appreciate firmness. STAFF WAS SUPERBLY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and appeared to be a working family team!

The access to our room wasthrough door B which did not work. We went through the pool only way to get in especially sin ce I was handicapped

Convenient location right in the heart of everything, surrounded by nice places. It's only a short 10-15 minute walk to a cool performing arts theater! 🎭

Hotel is located near downtown and campus. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the in house restaurant was very good and included in the room rate. An excellent value for the money.

Some rooms, that announced to be none smoking, have smoking smell . So we had to change our room twice.
